VENUE COORDINATOR -The Venue Coordinator is accountable for managing everything relating to the venue, such as adjusting the lighting, unlocking doors, and ensuring that the property is running smoothly.

CATERING MANAGER  -The Catering Manager is responsible for food and beverage-related tasks, including food and equipment supplies while working with the coordinator to orchestrate timing of the culinary experience

WEDDING COORDINATOR-The Wedding Coordinator is responsible for managing every detail, ensuring that vendors meet their contractual obligations, managing family and guest experiences, orchestrating the processional and facilitating smooth transitions throughout the day. Our primary role is to serve as your liaison, representing your interests and ensuring that you have a fantastic experience from beginning to end. We are committed to delivering your wedding day as planned, managing logistics and taking care of every detail to ensure your day unfolds seamlessly.

We are thrilled to hear that you have entrusted us with such an important day and cannot wait to make it a reality. Our coordination contract will be sent to you as soon as we confirm the availability of your desired date.

To officially add you to our event calendar and begin the planning process, we kindly request a 25% deposit which will ensure the reservation of your date and our services. We understand the significance of your big day and will work tirelessly to exceed your expectations and make this a truly unforgettable experience. We coordinate our arrival based on when your rentals or other vendors begin arriving so we can be the first on-site to ensure all items are delivered and accounted for. Departure is at the end of the evening once all personal items are safely packed up. On average, we are on-site for 10+ hours!

Absolutely! Once again, we are here to ensure that you have a stress-free experience leading up to and on the day of your wedding. With that being said, if making a few payments alleviates that stress, we’re here for it!

Imagine a wedding day where every detail runs smoothly, every worry fades away, and every moment is perfect. That’s what our Month-of Coordination service offers you. We prioritize our “Month of” couples, dedicating all our attention and expertise to make your dream a reality. You’ll have peace of mind knowing every last every detail is handled flawlessly, from start to finish. (and the ones you forgot about) So go ahead and focus on what’s important; Living every moment of your special day to the fullest. Trust us to make it unforgettable.

Ideally, we would love to accommodate you moving your date to a future date (and/or destination) 

In the event you cancel your wedding entirely, you can use the money paid to go toward other event related services or hourly help – this includes small weddings, elopements, parties, assisting with cancelling vendors, work related events. We say “anything event related” we are there for you – even a bachelorette party for your friend.

What is important for you to understand, is when you book with us, we hold your date – it’s yours ONLY, so your money is accounted toward our income for the year as well. If we lose you as a client entirely, that would be hard on us financially too.

This portal is a live document used as a worksheet that holds all the important information and details leading up to your special day, making it our master sheet. In addition, you will have unlimited communication via email- that’s right, unlimited! Plus, we will connect more frequently as we get closer to your wedding date.”
